You must create a login and password to begin the application process.
Using the login, you can save your work and return to work
on your application as often as needed. Once the application is submitted,
you will still be able to view it but you will not be able to change it. A
separate and unique login will be needed for each application, not for each
team member. Team members can access their application by
sharing the login information with each team member. Only one user may access
the application at any given time.
